Terms of service

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These terms apply to your use of trystrivya.com and purchases from Strivya by Interlitus, MB. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

We work hard to describe products accurately. Lifestyle images are illustrative, and colors may vary slightly by screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If an item was clearly mispriced, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We contact you to confirm it and complete payment, and we accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment taken. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping policy and Returns & refunds page, which form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
