30-day returns on unopened pouches

Because Strivya is a food supplement, we can only take back pouches that are unopened and still sealed. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the price of each unopened pouch you return.

How to return

1. Email info@trystrivya.com or use our contact form with your order number.
2. We'll reply within one business day with your return address and instructions.
3. Pack the unopened pouches securely.
4. Once the return arrives, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Please don't send returns to our office address without contacting us first, because it isn't a returns warehouse.

Damaged or wrong items

If a pouch arrives damaged, unsealed or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
