The details
Small details. A straightforward format.
Here is exactly what is in the pouch, so you can compare it with anything else you are considering.
01 · Creatine monohydrate
Creatine, in gummies.
A three-gummy serving provides 3 g of creatine monohydrate, according to the product specification. The gummy format means there is no powder to measure and nothing to dissolve.
"I would choose the format because it does not need mixing."
02 · A clear serving
Three gummies. That is the serving.
No guessing with a scoop. One serving is three gummies, and the amount of creatine per serving is printed right on the front of the pouch.
"The three-gummy serving is easy to understand."
03 · A clear count
90 gummies. 30 servings.
Each pouch contains 90 gummies. At the stated three-gummy serving, that is 30 servings, so it is easy to compare pouch sizes and price per serving.
"I like being able to see the 90-gummy count on the front."
04 · Forest Berry
One flavor, no extra drink.
Strivya comes in Forest Berry: a chewable option for people who would rather not add a flavored drink to their routine.
"I would notice the flavor and count first."
05 · Zip pouch
Packs with the rest of your kit.
The stand-up zip pouch slips into a gym bag next to your water bottle and towel. Keep the gummies in their original pouch and follow the storage directions on the label.
"I can picture keeping the pouch with my packed workout things."
06 · Everyday strong
Made for ordinary training days.
Creatine is not just for bodybuilders. Strivya is for women who fit strength training into busy lives: three gummies that fit around your day, whatever your routine looks like.
"A gummy option would fit the kind of training-day checklist I like: short and uncomplicated."
